Mike Riordan has an extensive background in culinary and restaurant operations, starting back in his undergraduate college days as Food Services Manager for Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA.
Mike serves on the Board of Trustees for Walsingham Academy, attends St. Bede Catholic Church, and is involved in the Williamsburg community as an associate Kiwanis member, and Key Club advisor. He is a member of the Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance and the Williamsburg Area Restaurant Association.
Mike worked as a District Manager for Domino’s Pizza, overseeing ten corporate stores in Massachusetts, focused on increasing the operational efficiency of the stores to increase profits. Later, Mike worked as a Franchise Consultant for Domino’s Pizza, providing marketing, operations and training support to over 80 franchise stores throughout New England.
Mike owned and operated LTM Inc., doing business as Domino’s Pizza. He managed all aspects of the business from operations and marketing to personnel development.
Mike returned to academia, serving as the General Manager of the Adams House dining services on the campus of Harvard University. There he oversaw a staff of 30+ employees and ran all dining as well as catering services.
Mike was the Store Support Representative for Auntie Anne’s pretzel company in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He provided sales, marketing and operational support to thirty-two franchisees in New England and New York.
Mike graduated from Boston College, with a B.A. in Political Science and earned his M.B.A. in Marketing Management from Bentley College.
